University of Manchester - Halls of Residence

The University of Manchester offers a range of University Hall accommodation from ensuite bedrooms (own bathrooms) to standard bedrooms (shared bathroom), and from catered to self-catering. 

All halls offer competitive rents inclusive of: 

  • utility bills (gas, electric, water)
  • internet access (wi-fi connected or cabled connected)
  • 24-hour / 7 days a week 'Reslife' team supporting students throughout their stay
  • personal possessions insurance

Group Bookings - 
Hulme Hall:  £140.00 per week, per person.

Hulme Hall is part of the Victoria Park Residences.  Victoria Park is situated between City and Fallowfield residential areas, so halls here are ideally placed for both academic and social activities. Booking availability is between Saturday 02 July 2022 and Saturday 10 September 2022 inclusive.

Individual student bookings  - 
Whitworth Park:  £133.00 per week, per person.

Whitworth Park is part of the City based halls of residences. Set within the university campus, green spaces and metropolitan streets, it's only a short journey to the heart of the City via one of the many buses that travel along the Oxford Road corridor.

Booking availability is between Saturday 02 July 2022 and Friday 9 September 2022 inclusive and must cover the length of your English Summer Programme. (Minimum period of stay is 2 weeks).
