Coronavirus (Covid - 19) update (18th June):

The facilities at the University of Manchester including the IELTS centre remain shut for the time being. 

To protect the health of IELTS test takers and IELTS staff in light of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), IELTS tests have been suspended until further notice. We are taking bookings for September onwards but not currently for July and August.

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) assesses the English language proficiency of people who want to study or work where English is used as the language of communication. IELTS is jointly owned by British Council; IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge English Language Assessment.

IELTS scores are accepted by over 10 000 recognising organisations and delivered in 1100+ locations worldwide; In the last year, 3,000,000 people took the IELTS test.
